Attachment Theory: Styles, Stages and Change (rescheduled) In-Person

This program is being rescheduled for a future date to be announced.

Understanding of Attachment Theory has expanded significantly since John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth's Strange Situation experiment in the 1970s. In this workshop we will explore what has been learned about Attachment Styles since then, including:

* What Attachment Styles are and how they form
* How they impact individuals across the lifespan
* Their stability and resistance to change
* The latest evidence-based approaches to rewriting them
* Practicing these approaches first-hand
