Informational Comics with Jonathan Todd

Informational Comics with Jonathan Todd In-Person

Comics are great tools to communicate educational information, including science, history and how to accomplish certain tasks - such as how to cook a favorite dish. In this workshop, we’ll practice breaking up information and translating it into a fun, comics form, whether it’s a comic about Australian animals or the invention of the telephone. Taught by Jonathan Todd - local cartoonist and author of the award-winning graphic novel, Timid!

This program is best-suited for kids ages 8 and up. Capacity is limited to 20 participants. A free ticket for this workshop can be picked up on a first-come, first-served basis at the main desk starting at 12:30 PM on the day of the event.

This event is generously sponsored by the Brookline Library Foundation.
