Registration for this program opens Tuesday, January 7 at 6 PM.

Our Leap Frogs book club is a book club for kids grades 3 and 4. This group meets for 45 minutes twice a month on Tuesdays from 4:15-5:00 PM in the Rabbit Hole on the ground floor of the Brookline Village Library. Each meeting includes a discussion of the book and an activity.

The session dates for this program are: January 28, February 11, February 25, and March 11, and March 25.

Books for meetings will be available for pickup at least two weeks in advance of each meeting at the Children’s Desk. When you pick up your book, you’ll receive a bookmark with prompts that you can fill out while you read to help you come to the meeting ready to discuss!

This program requires registration and has limited capacity. If registration fills, there will be a waitlist. By registering, you are registering for all 5 sessions.

Registering for this program indicates a commitment to attend the book club meetings. Please do not register for this program if your child will miss more than one meeting. If your child misses a second club meeting, their spot will be given to the next person on the waiting list. We understand that illness and emergencies occur – if an absence due to unforeseen circumstances is communicated to staff, it will not be considered a no-show. Additionally, our school vacation week meeting (February 18) is optional and will not require advance notice if your child will not be attending.
