The Mighty Honey Bee with Nora Neale Session 1

The Mighty Honey Bee with Nora Neale Session 1

Where does our honey come from? Why don't beekepers get stung? Meet Nora Neale, beekeeper extraordinaire! Not only will you get your bee questions answered, but you'll see real live honeybees in an observation hive, explore beekeepers' protective gear and equipment, and learn how to make a rolled beeswax candle to take home with you!

This program is for kids in grades K-7, and will have two identical sessions. The program requires a free ticket to attend, and tickets will be available at the Children's desk half an hour before each session of the program.

This event is sponsored by the Brookline Library Foundation.
