The Naott Suite In-Person
Naott presents an original musical style inspired by world historical music traditions, such as those in North America, Medieval Europe, and the Middle East. With one foot in the past, they also look to the future with live electronics and extended techniques, taking heavy inspiration from film music and dystopian aesthetics. The “Naott Suite” is the duo’s first attempt at creating a cohesive but open-ended musical and visual narrative intended to be meditative yet intensely varied and thought-provoking.
