 and lead an origami lesson as a way of exploring mindfulness and 
 creativity.\n\nMixed Rice delves into the dynamics of a multiethnic Asian 
 family and their daily debate over which type of rice to cook for dinner. 
 The story captures the complexity and richness of multicultural family 
 life\, and offers practical insights into mindful communication and 
 conflict resolution\, inspired by the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat 
 Hanh.\n\nThis program is best-suited for children ages 5 and up\, and their
